The Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) has published their long awaited DSAs Equality Analysis:
An equality impact assessment is mandated by law to ensure that public bodies give due regard to equality issues in decision making. This is an extensive 80 page document.
BIS have also released an analysis of the effect of changes made to Student Support Regulations for the year 2015-2016.

This document does not cover changes to Disabled Students’ Allowances, however it does cover the wider student funding context in depth – and the impact of this changing context on disabled students.
